Common questions
Before we design your network.
Every site is different, but these are some of the questions organisations ask when considering a managed network service. The first step is understanding your buildings, users, connected systems and tolerance for disruption.
Can you manage an existing business network?
Yes. We can review the existing connectivity, gateways, switches, access points and configuration before recommending what should be retained, corrected or replaced. A professional WiFi survey can establish whether coverage, interference or capacity is contributing to current problems.
How does Fibre and 5G Broadband failover work?
The gateway monitors the available internet services and can move traffic to a secondary connection when the primary circuit becomes unavailable. The appropriate design depends on site requirements, provider coverage and which services must remain accessible during an outage.
Can guest WiFi be kept separate from business systems?
Yes. Guest access can be isolated from staff devices and operational services such as EPOS, CCTV and Smart IoT equipment. Security policies are designed around the systems at the site rather than relying on one shared network for every device.
Can you support several business locations?
Yes. A managed multi-site design applies consistent standards for connectivity, security, WiFi and monitoring while accounting for the practical differences at each location. It also gives teams one support route instead of requiring every branch to diagnose network and provider issues independently.
What happens after installation?
We document the network, monitor its health constantly and provide ongoing technical support. Managed updates, alert review and fault investigation help keep the network aligned with the way the site operates as devices, applications and connectivity requirements change.
