Personal support from people who know your network
smarthotspots is deliberately a small, experienced team. Clients deal with people who understand their sites, know how the network was designed and remain involved when something changes. There is no large support structure to navigate and no gap between the people planning the work and those responsible for the result.
Business connectivity is rarely just a WiFi problem. Reliable service depends on the broadband connections entering the building, the gateway protecting and directing traffic, the switching and cabling underneath it, and the wireless network used by people and devices. We bring those parts together as one managed system.
Our work covers survey, design, installation and ongoing management. Network health is monitored constantly, updates are managed and alerts are investigated with the context of how each site works and what the business depends on.
